Another good brew by the brewery. Opens with a half-malt, half-toast flavor, showing a lot of caramel / toffee and citrus hops in the aroma. Quite dark amber color with fair head formation / retention --off white and creamy in appearance. Firm malty taste that sometimes favors the sweet, caramel malts while other times favor the high hop rates. Well attenuated for a crisp, hop-dry finish and remains nicely bitter well into the finish. Good medium-of-the-road brew for about any meal.
