Ahoy!
I'm Hopeye the sailor man
I've got a hop oil finish
Don’t worry I don’t taste like spinach
I'm Hopeye the sailor man
I'm one tough hoppy ale
With fruitiness as a detail
What a winning combo of Citra & Sauvin
I brew 'em and buffs 'em
And adds hop oils to 'em

This was a Christmas present in 2023, drunk a few days after Santa came.
L: Deep orangey yellow, with a fluffy, bright-white head. Lots of fast-moving carbonation streams up the glass.
S: Mild and slightly dank tropical notes with a caramel malt base evident on the nose.
T: A dank hop note with mild tropical notes but very much dominated by the dank aspect. Caramel malt is present. Bitterness is acrid and lingers on the sides of the tongue after the swallow.
M: Full and smooth.
O: This is an enjoyable beer, dominated by dank, acrid hops but otherwise lacking a real tropical or fruity note or even a substantial caramel malt base to balance out that bitterness.
Cheers!
