Clear amber with plenty of foam sticking to the sides of the big tulip. Mild hop flowery flavor largely overshadowed by the brettanomyces. Very good, though.
Mellow and malty with flavors of pumpkin and a touch of Mexican sugar. It even makes me think of a brett iced tea. quite a lot of the yeasty taste in the finish. Quite drinkable and interesting. On tap at the Southpaw restaurant on Mission.
