16oz crowler (dated 2/19/22) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a clean, clear, pretty dark brown/light chestnut color with a half-inch of light tan head that had low retention and light lacing.
The aroma featured dark, sweet malts that had a slight touch of roast, and some very light floral hops.
Very similar on the tongue, with a slight touch of tobacco on the finish.
The body was light and smooth, with a medium finish that leaned towards sweet.
Drinkability was very good, a pleasant quaff on a rainy, late winter noontime.
Overall, a nicely pleasant brew. certainly worth some time if you see it.
