Brewed with Crystal, Chocolate, and Carafa malt to provide a flavorful but easy drinking dark beer. Notes of chocolate, roast, coffee, and toffee all play an apparent yet gentle role with each sip. German Hallertau hops provide a slight and balanced bitterness that will leave you craving that next sip. Finally, it is fermented with Lutra Kveik yeast to mimic the crisp flavors of a lager yeast strain. May the Schwartz be with you!
