A - Hazy, cloudy straw color. Nice sized, smooth, creamy, fairly thick white head. Pretty good retention. Typical for the style.
S - Pretty heavy wheat aroma. Some banana and bready aroma. Fair amount of pepper and coriander. Typical aroma for the style.
T - Heavy coriander flavor. It dominates the taste. Some of the wheat and bready malt flavors start to come out toward the finish. A slightly sweet flavor starts to come out at the end. Hints of pepper and lemon. Too much coriander for me.
M - Light, crisp body. Plenty of carbonation.
D - The first 5-6 ounces are drinkable, but then it is just too much. Refreshing for the first couple of sips and then it is a one-note wonder.
Notes: After drinking this, I looked up the brewery. The "culinary beer" thing seems interesting, but I can't see myself seeking out these beers. I think they'll be like this one, interesting to taste but I won't want anymore after a few ounces. It was interesting but way too much coriander.

A - Cloudy, straw colored body with a brilliant white head. Larger carbonation bubbles.
S - Floral with notes of lemon, sourdough and fresh herbs.
T - Crisp and light with notes of white pepper, green coriander, lemon, and a bit of tonic water.
M - Medium all around; not too hot.
O - Delicious offering from a new brewery in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. Can't wait to try more of their upcoming offerings.
