Draft pour at Rocking Horse Chicago. This is a truly unique beer. There is a cacao/chocolate element in here which I have not seen paired with a mostly citrus fruit forward wheat beer before. The tangerine notes are sharp with a tangy sweetness to them whilst the cacao piece is less sweet than expected. This does go really well with food - I paired it with a salmon omelette and it provided a refreshing counterpoint. Would enjoy again.
