On tap at RPM Italian - Chicago, IL
Ruddy-brown colored body with a creamy tan head; very fruity aroma and flavor with orange and grapefruit, plenty of sweet caramel malt and bread crust for backbone, apricot is present but not overpowering, the Belgian aspect is mildly noticeable, which is fine considering the fruitiness is the star here; medium body, mildly bitter finish. Nice juicy and very fruity pale ale.

On tap, poured into a nonic pint. The aroma is bright and juicy apricot with complimentary notes of banana, clove, and bread dough. It pours a brilliant and clear caramel orange hue with an off-white dense foam head that has decent retention and good lace. The taste is a medium high sweet with a nice medium light bitter compliment. The body is creamy and smooth with a creamy foam carbonation. The medium body is flavored with apricot and bread crust and a gains a roasty quality with caramel and orange. Near mid glass the caramel and bread begin to dominate the orange. It finishes with spice, caramel, and citrus which turns to juicy stone fruit by the end of the drink. The aftertaste is bready and waxy.
