This is a very fruit forward sour. The peach is very pronounced, it ends with a subtle sour taste, but is very much pronounced peach. If it didn't end with so much finesse I think beer snobs would say that it is too sweet to be a sour. This is a very unique sour, one that is a culinary treat!
