Another decent offering from Devil's Peak...their English Ale is solid. The beer poured a clear amber with white fizzy head that is not leaving much of a lace. The scent was a nice semi sweet malt leaning toward caramel. The taste was smooth and malty with touches of bread and peat not much bitterness. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a very nice easy to drink beer. Devil's Peak is becoming a favorite of mine and are two for two with the beers I have tried from them.
