Had on tap. Red wine barrel defines this one, despite consistent rye, brett, oak and lemon in the smell. Body is bright, tangy and tart with some breadiness here and there. Taste keeps the vinous theme through out, rye is an odd junction in the mid-taste with the golden sour yeast and funk. Feel like it wants to become airy and delicate, but the yeast complexion won't let it, hard to put my finger on it. Great name!

A rye saison aged in Pinot Noir barrels with Brett added. Lots of wine notes on this one, distinct white grape presence, the Brett adds s nice tartness but doesn't overwhelm. Reminiscent of some of the goose island sours
