On tap at the brewery. Served in a half-pint glass.
Appearance - Hazy orange with a pillowy white head. Excellent retention and lacing.
Smell - Phenolic and grainy. Fruity. Lots of wheat.
Taste - Really strong bubble gum. Gets intense. Wheat grain. Lightly fruity. Those yeast flavors really build and become overwhelming.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. The only beer from Barranco that didn't seem watery to me. Well carbonated.
Overall - All the Hefeweizen flavors are there, but some get very intense. Just a little unbalanced.
