Dirty gold color with a bit of a haze. Minor, but lasting head. It leaves a thick initial ring of lace, random spots thereafter.
A good, clean nose of floral hop. Some pale malt in the background (no grains).
This is a neutral American IPA entry. Regular pale malt base with bittering hop to provide balance in the mouth. The finish is decidedly like black pepper, but it’s not very strong, leaving a weak (for the style) aftertaste. The low carbonation gives the beer a fuller body than it truly has.

Pint on tap at the Barranco pub in Cusco.
It has a clear amber body and a very good white head that leaves lots of foamy lacing clinging to the glass.
Clean, with an appropriate letter of hop flavors and moderate bitterness for style. Good balance with citrusis and pine notes dominant.
Overall: a solid version of the American IPA.
