Pleasant frothy head. Moderately slow to recede. Dirty gold color, nearly clear. Some streaks for lace.
Clean, well blended malt - hop combo to the nose.
Leans hoppy with a high carbonation level. The comes across as weak, perhaps it's 11K foot elevation here in Cusco. Oddly, the malt comes forward in the swallow but the aftertaste is all bittering hop. A good beer for Peru.
