Ingredients in this beer are all organic. Surprisingly for an Austrian lager this contains wheat malt probably for foam stability.
copper body, very clear, medium bubbles, white foam of two fingers reducing to a layer leaving lacing
noble hops aroma with some underlying pilsener malt
noble hops mixed with some vienna/munich malt like bread crust, dry bitternes in the end followed by a little lingering metallic flavor, which is typical for the high iron content of the local brewing water.
Medium body well integrated medium carbonation
This is not an Austrian Märzen (Helles) but more like a Southern German Pilsener. Clean nice noble hops and a relatively full body for the style make this very enjoyable.
