Bottle from Aufsturz in Berlin. Thick head fades to persistent fizz. Beautiful and clear copper body. Smell is clean malts, earthy hops, and honey. Taste follows, well-balanced with no single overpowering note. Hops are noticeable in the middle with a malty-sweet aftertaste. Mouthfeel is perfection - smooth and fluid when drank and lingering bright and bubbly on the palateafterwards . Simple and very enjoyable beer.
