350 mL twist off bottle that didn't twist off and required an opener poured into a straight-sided glass. Purchased from Garaje Gourmet and opened promptly.
Appearance - Gushed like hell. Had to pour it quickly and my entire glass filled with foam. It finally settles to a nice pillow of foam atop a black body.
Smell - Cherry and red wine acidity. Musty. Some dark chocolate. Clearly infected, but it doesn't smell that off putting.
Taste - Sour immediately and then it drops off. Ashy and burnt in the back end. Now it's an off putting infection.
Mouthfeel - Light body. Sour. High carbonation.
Overall - I'm going to look around and see if I can find another bottle that isn't infected. Oh well.
