350 mL bottle poured into a straight-sided glass.
Appearance - Brown body. Decent off-white head. Retains well.
Smell - Acidic. Light lactic acidity. Wheat. Some caramel malt.
Taste - Lots of wheat. Some toasty malts. Light lactic sourness.
Mouthfeel - Tart, which is weird and not good. Medium light. Well carbonated.
Overall - Two for two on sour Amarilis beers. Not a good sign.
