Pours a deep golden/light copper with good clarity. Half inch cap of whitish foam sits for a bit and drops off spotty lacing.
Smell of citric hops and a touch of very light caramel. Nice grainy character. Touch sweeter up front on the palate than the nose suggests, yet relatively dry and bitter on the finish. Love for bitterness and hop spice on the feel and finish will vary. So so for me.
Nice quaff but could use a bit more residual sweetness for balance, and this from a guy who avoids crystal malts like the plague.
