Clear amber color with a brief foam in the pint shaker. Watery body, but the whole thing is a more refreshing sort of wheat brew. It's quite warm with malt, but has a tangy finish.
Not much of the German esters, but quite fragrant in the nose. A surprisingly good beer that has the best qualities of a fragrant Hefeweizen along with the crispness of an American wheat. Very drinkable and a promising brew from the refurbished LJBC.
