On tap at Hamilton Family Brewery in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Pours a hazy copper with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, roasted nut, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with nut, caramel, and fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that has a better mix of nut and caramel in the aromas.
Serving type: on tap.

A soft yet succulent brown ale which brings soft, sweet flavors to the palate.
