On tap at Hamilton Family Brewery in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Pours a clear golden-yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, and floral aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, floral, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but has a slightly better set of aromas to me.
