12oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left some thin lacing. It smelled of crackers, bread crust and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with mild bitterness and citrus.

Look: Slightly opaque yellow on the pour, which kicks off a pillowy white head that ends as a lid and leaves good lacing behind

Aroma: Straw, freshly cut grass, soda crackers, floral hop notes, pilsner malt, and a touch of honey-like sweetness

Taste: Opens up with a swath of cut grass, straw, and soda crackers that set the stage as waves of floral hop notes stream in. True jasmine, Japanese andromeda, and tea olive all in play and dance well with the grass, crackers, and straw through the close

Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish with no dryness detectable

Overall: I dig it. This is a well-made and tasty take on a Pilsner and one I’d never seen so wanted to try it and can say it was a good decision. The usual cast are all present and it all comes together nicely. Good stuff

tasty, light, crisp, still very european to me, a fine example of the style, and perhaps one of the better beers these guys make on a regular basis, certainly among the most crushable. delightful for hot weather and morning drinking. quite pale, light golden shine, pretty clear, average white head from the tap, classic inch of foam on it. the nose here is subtle, its way more flavorful than it is aromatic, but i pick up some crackery pils malt, some earthy mineral character, a little proofing dough thing from the lager yeast, and just a light and fresh herbal hop note, minimal but tidy, which is fine for me in this style. the flavor brings some early citrus from the hops and some back end bitterness that helps this drink snappy, its bright and slightly floral too, but not overdone on the hops. the grain is fresh but also old worldy to me, which gives this more character than a lot of domestic pils types ever have, even the craft ones, so that element is appreciated. the yeast is subtle but clean, drying, and seemingly quite patiently deployed. real dry and with good carbonation, this is drinkable and light bodied, fresh, balanced, and nicely executed overall, a half step more refined and professional than many of their beers have come across to me in the past...

Semi clear amber appearance.
Has about a medium body with about average carbonation. Overall a decent feel to this beer.
Aroma is grain, cereal, malt, earthy honey.
Taste has a very mild sweetness with grain ,cereal, honey, malt, and earthy.
Overall I really liked this beer from a brewery I've never tried before. I thought it was true to style yet had a nice ,slight personal touch to it. Would get this again.

For a pilsner, the color is a little light. The head is white, laces, long lasting. The nose is spice. The taste is thin malt, touch of sweetness. The finish is dry with a little bitterness. It has won awards. 12 oz bottle with no dating
