"Schnitts & Giggles Festbier is a party in a can! The party begins with a light copper hue and a sweet malt aroma. This malt-forward lager is clean, crisp, and has a semi-sweet bready flavor that melds with slightly earthy and spice characteristics. Along with all this fun comes the easy, dry finish that is popular with the Festbier style. This lager is the perfect way to compliment your fest with friends!"

Look: Clear copper with a lofty off-white head that slowly puckers away to a pillow, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Toasted bread, freshly baked bread, raw dough, floral hops, light toffee, and melanoidin malt
Taste: Opens up with layer upon layer of bread-heavy malt with everything from warm bread, to crust, to toasted bread, to dough, and these quickly meld and deepen. Light floral hops and toffee dance around throughout and closes with – you guessed it – more bready malt
Mouthfeel: Full but light, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean, smooth, and crisp on the finish
Overall: I dig it. I love Oktoberfests and this series from these folks (more lagers, yes please) so scored this earlier in the fall but forgot to review it so scooped up some more. It’s tasty and is definitely of the Festbier mold, checking the style boxes, and well-made. Check it out if you see it
