On-tap at O'Neill's Bar & Restaurant, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is clear dark amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that has very good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of caramel malts are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of caramel and toasted malts along with slight bits of sweetness. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is rather malty but isn't that difficult to drink. It seemed like it should have had some bitterness given its "Indie" name.
