For starters, this is classed as a white IPA as it contains wheat and yeast.
Active pour of amber coloured beer into a glass; frothy white head is 2-3 fingers high. Sudsy lacing.
Aroma of wheat, citrus, slight tartness, yeast and light hops. It's giving off all the aromas of a witbier.
Flavour is herbal with coriander, lemon, orange peel and zest, slight green pepper, cardamom, and sencha. Behind it all is a large helping of wheat and grassy hops.
Mouthfeel is light and carbonated. Slight oilyness on the backend; dry finish.
Overall this is very refreshing and thirst quenching. Standard stylings of a balanced witbier but with enough hops to make it stand out.

Bottle. Hazy straw with a gold tinge. Thick and lasting head.
Fresh hops on the nose. A hint of lemon.
Tea and grass flavour. Light green pepper. Subdued astringency.
Soft carbonation. Medium body.
Enjoyable on a very hot day.
