Described to me as a hoppy Irish red from the bartender at against the grain in Dublin.
L: classic Irish red, dark amber with about half inch white head. He'd recedes after about a minute
S: pine hops initially, with some roast in the background
T: very much follows the nose. Tastes a lot like a red pale ale, although some oatmeal is in the back of the taste. It tastes like a hoppy Irish red... So exactly as it was described to me. Follows the intended style well
F: easy drinking. Very similar to a pale ale in drinkabikity
O: definitely a bit different than most Irish reds but I feel that was intended. Hops are well done with a balanced Irish style bakery taste. Would definitely get again
