Appearance is a bit lacking, but it really takes off from there. Great, dank hoppy aroma, lots of strawberry shortcake flavor, minimal bitterness, spot on. This is legit! If this was from a known American brewery I'd be impressed, it's a really stunning find coming from an Irish Brewer I'd never heard of! Ireland's beer scene has come a long way since I was last here seven years ago.
