Copenhagen 1/10 2019. 50 cl bottle from Høkeren. Working man with crossed arms and a beer bottle on the label. Tagline is All in a Day's Work. Quite gushy upon opening.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fruity sweetness and some slightly more subdued, citric notes. Caramel, Peach and Pineapple. Citrus and Lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Light and gentle IPA which does not hurt anybody.

Pours clear, dark gold in color with one inch head. Taste is grapefruit, tangerine and toasted malt. Medium bodied and carbonation, bitter. Best ipa from the brewery yet. Solid west coast version.

Labelled as an Irish small batch beer I found this an excellent if slightly bitter IPA. Another deviation for the Rye River brewing company in Kilcock Co Kildare
