A Kölsch style beer with outstanding broad, sweet flavours. The lagering process delivers a dry quality that is a perfect palate cleanser. Its subtle flavours and 5% ABV makes this a great session beer.

look: one finger bubbly head, decent bit of lacing, beer is completely clear, amber in colour, small trail of bubbles rising up through the beer.
smell: not particularly aromatic, sweet smelling, some bready biscuity malt, somewhat floral, some strawberry, maybe a little spice.
taste: super light, bready malts are what come through first, followed by a good bit of fruity sweetness, some interesting herbal flavours but not too much, some banana, golden syrup like sweet finish.
feel: light bodied, light to medium carbonation, crisp finish, obviously very sessionable.
overall: a perfectly pleasant brew, not the most exciting beer in the world but very drinkable.

An easy drinking Kölsch Style beer as part of the reasonably priced Grafters range from Rye River. Maybe not for connoisseurs of the type.
