Mother Pucker pours a deep, dark berry purple, which looks quick thick and nice, with a a finger's worth of head that quickly dissipates. The smell is crisp and clean with a red wine aroma on the nose, not much fruit. The taste is light and tart over the palette, reminding me more of sangria than beer. Not much blackberry to speak of.
