Spied on tap at Kitty’s in Helsinki, Finland. Can’t order Guinness in Finland at the moment, so this was their alternative.
Pitch-black with a creamy, beige, nitro head. Nose is full of roasted coffee. Smooth and creamy on the palate with a sharp, bitter, and dry bite. Smack of lemony hops. More coffee. Lots more. Notes of tobacco, chicory, and some char. Super dry finish.
Damn good Irish Stout. And I don’t miss Guinness.
