look: borderline silly amount of carbonation, poured about 20 millilitres into the glass and the whole thing filled with head, when it all eventually dissipates, a big fluffy head with good retention will remain, some lacing, lots of bubbles of course rising through the glass, beer is a very hazy amber to orange colour.
smell: wheat flavours dominate, lots of banana and clove, floral, hint of spice, some orange, yeast, some sweetness there, isn’t very aromatic but smells the part.
taste: wheat flavours again totally dominate, lots of banana and clove, some more citrus fruit flavours than on the nose, lemon and lime as well as the orange, moderately sweet too, the finish is rather metallic which is the only real failing of this beer which is a pretty bang of hefe, lots of fruity flavours on the finish as well though.
feel: light to medium body, highly carbonated, somewhat crisp, decent bit of warming of the back of the throat, strange for a beer of its low strength, sessionable, perhaps just a tad thin,
overall: best irish attempt at a hefeweizen i’ve ever had anyway, very drinkable and very nice.

500ml Bottle from Reilly's, Lisnaskea (£2.79):
A very nice Irish wheat beer, definitely sour for the style but quite a nice taste nonetheless with a nice fruitiness throughout and plenty of citrus. The oranges were perhaps overdone on the nose but this was a minor complaint, the rest of the beer more than covered this and it was a lot better than I was expecting.

Bottle at The Black Sheep, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured into a weizen glass with a finger and a half high bright white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with hints of bananas from the yeast.
T: Like the smell, the taste has flavors of wheat with slight bits of bananas from the yeast.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This isn't a bad Irish representation of a German wheat beer. It is very easy to drink.
