500ml bottle from SuperValu, N. Irealand:
Dark red to copper amber with a thin with a bubbly lacing on top that's patchy. The nose is light with biscuit malts, a faint sweetness & nutty notes but not much else. The taste is similar with a nutty base, some caramel & bread malts & then a couple of earthy malts further on. The body is medium & quite smooth with a faintly dry finish but it's a very basic beer.
