A Tatamagouche tribute to the traditional beer of Cologne, Germany. First top fermented (like an ale) and then cold aged (like a lager), this beer is crisp and refreshing. This is our lightest year-round beer, making it very approachable.

Bright, not boring. Malty but balanced. A nice crisp summer sipper. Would love to know the hop variety!

Slightly hazy straw yellow with a strong head. Mild fruity nose. Light weight body, well-balanced between smoothness and crispness. A tasty beer.

On tap at Lot Six : Clear golden color. Light creamy 1 finger white head that last around 5 minutes. Flavors of lemon, sweet grains, and floral hops. Slick medium body with moderate carbonation. Light strength finish of grains and balanced soft leafy hops. Highly accessible, not much character. Good attenuation while lacking a bit of crisp but the freshness is alright. Overall above average quality craft.
