Poured from a can bought at Bishop's Cellar in Halifax
Pretty hazy and dark golden to slightly orange color. When poured has about a finger and a half sized head
Smells fruity and citrusy with a lovely hop smell. Grapefruit and maybe some orange come through
Taste is very similar to the smell, but more sweet than the smell let's on. Very well balanced with a nice malt taste, and great hop bitterness. Slight grassy finish
Super clean beer. Well carbonated but pretty smooth to drink, and very refreshing.
I could see this being a favorite for a warm summer day. A fine example of a tasty double IPA from a great NS brewer
