Oyster Cloister is made with roasted barley and Carafa Malt. The malts balance the oyster's saltiness and give the beer its dark colour and intense aroma. It's lightly hopped with homegrown Williamette and Golding hops, complementing the sweetness of the malts. Lastly, salty Malagash oysters are added to produce a totally unique flavour profile.

Coal black with a strong, foamy head. Chocolate malt with coffee notes on the nose. Smooth, medium malt body with some tangy saltiness. Very nice.
