Rounding out the quintessential day at Rushton's Beach, this Berliner Weisse is tangy and tart. Balancing this kettle-soured summer quencher, we've aged it on organic apricots and peaches.

Hazy pale yellow with a smallish head. Light fruity nose. More apricot as it warms. Light fresh sour body with a good crispness. Nice and light.

Poured from the can into a glass goblet. The color is a bright yellow. The head is generous, fades, but not all the way. Aroma has a hint of peach, but nothing too overwhelming. No need to be scared off by the peach in the name. The taste is a smack of sour, and dry, followed by a bit of apricot. Mouth feel is excellent, with a most pleasant effervescent quality. This I think is a very good brew for a warm day, or after a filling meal.
