Ingredients: malt, hops, white rice.
The addition of white rice to this light-bodied beer is not typical of style, however as wheat is sometimes added to Kolsch, I imagine, the brewer figured white rice would be OK too. And that is what this beer is, OK. However, true to style, I did preceive faint fruit (strawberry) on the palate. Aside from that, this was an unexciting brew. No characteristics aside from the faint fruit nose and palate. Easily more pleasant that a macro, but not at $4 a bottle retail.
