Dec. 2014: 330 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, 35 IBU. Deep golden colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Pleasant hoppy aroma of tropical fruits and spruce. Fairly light bodied, medium dry flavour. Notes of pine needles, spruce and and grapefruit, medium bitter finish.

A - Dark golden with a slight haze, head quickly reduces to a thin lacing.
S - Smells wonderfully of citrus - especially grapefruit, tropical fruits - I especially get mango and peach, some spruce there as well, all on top of a toasted caramelly malt flavor.
T - Pleasantly bitter from start to finish, all the aromas from smelling it are also present when drinking the beer. The hop profile is absolutely delicious. Fairly straight forward and clean flavors, which I guess suits the style and beer well.
M - Medium low on both carbonation and body, clean bitterness.
O - Well this is the first time I've had the chance to try any of Gahr's beers from his new brewery. My expectations were high, but I think they've been met! Probably my favorite american pale ale available in regular stores in Norway that I've tried yet. Will definitely buy more beers from this brewery!
