Nov. 2015: 330 ml bottle, vintage 2014, batch #34, from the brewery. ABV is 8.7%, 54 IBU. Hazy dark brown colour, huge beige head (overcarbonated). Aroma of mild spices, dark dried fruits, malts and leather. Too much carbonation in the mouth. Fairly sweet flavour, the alcohol is not well hidden. Caramel, brown sugar, dark dried fruits, hints of spices and chocolate.

Pours deep brown color with a 1 finger tall beige head. The smell is somewhat fruity... Apple, prune... But sometimes metal. The taste is nice, a bit sweet, some roasted malts, a bit fruity too. Slight bready finish. Full-bodied, crispy.
