330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Malts are Pale, Münchener, Amber, Pale Crystal, Crystal, Dark Crystal, Carafa Special II. Hops are Horizon, Fuggles and Cascade. 16.5 degrees Plato, 36 IBU. Dark brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, woodwork, dust, caramel, a whiff of citrussy hops. The flavour has some malty sweetness with caramel, but not too much. Also some refreshing fruity notes. Distinct bittering hops and some roasty notes in the finish. Quite good.

A classic winter/seasonal winter warmer from 7 Fjell here. All well tasty with maltbody rounded off by hoppy edges. The gents from Bergen sure knows how to brew.
