Nov. 2014: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Malts are Pale, Amber, Crystal 120 EBC, Dark Crystal, Chocolate. Hops are Horizon and Goldings. 11 degrees Plato, 28 IBU. Dark brown colour, moderate to low beige head. Aroma of moderately roasted malts, bread and woodwork. Dry flavour, with the same elements as in the aroma, but also a slight fruity acidity which contributes to making the beer quite drinkable.
