Nov. 2016: 330 ml bottle, batch #191, from Berentsens Brygghus, Ølutsalget. ABV is 4.7%, 27 IBU. Malts are pale, pilsener, caramel and pale crystal. Hops are Summit, Saaz and Amarillo. Pours clear golden, some yeast sediment remains in the bottle. Small white head. Aroma of grain and herbal hops. The flavour is first fruity and refreshing, but unfortunately also distinctly yeasty, which is not quite as nice.

Small head, but great ring lace on the glass. Dirty gold color with a bit of haze.
Slightly sweet smell of malted barleys (pale).
Smooth beginning with a solid pale ale malt base. The hop is notable here, particularly in the swallow. It leaves a decent aftertaste, but not one I would call long. Full bodied with enough spritz to keep it balanced.
As far as Blondes go, this one is more interesting than most, albeit with a very high hop content for the style. Might be confused with an APA.
