Pours a murky yellow with very little, quickly disappearing foam.
The smell is quite weak, hints of elderflower and passionfruit come through a bit.
The taste is fairly tame. A bit of passionfruit, but not very tart at all. It is crisp and refreshing, but it tastes more like a lager with some passionfruit than a Berliner Weisse.
Thin bodied, with plenty of frisky carbonation.
Overall, a refreshing beer, that doesn't have a whole lot of depth. It also lacks the tartness I look for in a Berliner, but it is easy to drink and quenches thirst very well.
