7 Fjell celebrates 10 years!
On our anniversary day, we invited nine other breweries to create a spectacular beer, and what could be more fitting than naming it after the tallest mountain in the solar system - Olympus Mons!
Olympus Mons is a truly old-school triple IPA; powerful yet balanced and elegant. Nine different types of hops, symbolizing the different collaborators, give the beer complexity with aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and pine.
The malt perfectly harmonizes with a long and slightly bitter finish. Cheers to 10 years of cheering!
Collaboration breweries: Haandbryggeriet, Oud Beersel, Monkey Brew, Lervig, Cervisiam, Vibrant Forest, Kinn and Ægir.

Small sample from can at Vectura-messe. Orange to golden colour. Fresh aroma and flavour of multiple hop varieties. Good bitterness, enjoyable. Will buy again.
