"Patience" er en heftig imperial stout, som har fått ligge på Jim Beam-fat i 18 måneder. Lagringen har både rundet av ølet, og gitt det et komplekst smaks- og aromabilde, med lovnader om sjokoladetrøfler, kakao, vanilje, kaffe og karamell. Denne kan med fordel nytes med fyr i peisen, eller gjerne til sjokolade- eller vaniljeorienterte desserter.

750 ml black waxed bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 14%. Black colour, large beige head. Aroma of bourbon, roast malts, oak and vanilla, hints of chocolate. Rich flavour, some sweetness but not too much, distinct notes of bourbon and oak, hints of vanilla and chocolate.
