All things considered during the pandemic, the service was good. Only two guys on taking orders and they did well.

My only issue is they had twice as many guest beers on tap as their own, so the selection wasn't great.

Small (the size of my living room, literally) homey tap room located in a business square in downtown Wolfeboro. Friendly bartender & owner were very chatty.

Apparently 90% of beer made off-site at a farm-brewery nearby, but pilot 1BB system in house for legal purposes & sensory purposes as well.

Had around 8 beers on tap when I visited, quality ranged from better than average (the Cascadian IPA) to average (Farmhouse Ale & Milk Stout) to poor (Belgian Pale & Bourbon Stout).

Pint prices seem high @ $7.

Nice little taproom worth a visit if the rest of your party wants to check out the gift shops around town.

3/8/18 update:

They've moved around and down the street to new digs. Nearly tripled the old space, a bar with ~10 seats an seating for about 30 more. A decent band was playing the night I visited. Beer was still just OK - some above the mediocre line, some below. Still a cool place to hang out for a while in Wolfeboro.

I visited this brewery and tasting room on 12-13-14. It was quiet but the lady at the bar was quite friendly and listened to my beer ramblings. Four beers on tap. When I was there I got to try the flight of the Witbier, Dubbel, Milk Stout, ad IPA. It cost $6.00. The tasting room is small but fits the mood. Everything is made of boards. The floors and the tables look handmade from standard boards. BY the door were boxes of bottled beers waiting to get sent out to NH beer stores. I picked up a growler of the Dubbel. I enjoyed my visit. It is only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons to plan appropriately.

This is/ was my go to after work place to grab a beer. the owners are such wonderful people that have created a warm, rustic, cozy, and welcoming setting to grab a beer. the quality of there beer never stopped to amaze me. their rotating taps allow for the locals to taste a different craft brew each time they come in. The one thing i wish they would do is keep two of the four taps a constant beer like their Robust Porter (one of my favorites) and then a lighter beer like there Farmhouse Ale. if they did this they could become known for a select few brews and then have featured ales every few days. Over all if you are in the area on the weekend stop by and say hi and take part of Wolfeboro history with its first brewery.
