Man, this one is great! Wild (?) yeasts must have been used in abundance because it tastes and feels like champagne. Kind of similar to a Farmhouse Ale, not as Belgian as the name suggests but rather in the vein of “freestyle” which I guess refers to being fermented with wild yeasts. It is not as remarkable as a Prairie Artisanal Ales brew but still quite nice.
