Thick ring lace to start the tasting from the white, dense head. This does quickly to rim bubbles. Great lacing throughout. The liquid is clear and straw colored.
Strong wheat aroma with a touch of banana.
Thin bodied with an average carbonation level. Sweet and wheaty. Light banana (again). Relatively nondescript but gives a nice wheat flavor.
